Delivery Information

Greetings,

We are pleased to offer global shipping to our customers. We do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible; however, we only work Monday to Friday. If you order over the weekend, you won't hear from us until Monday.

The Processing Time of Order

All orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt. During peak seasons or high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

The Delivery Time of Order

We do our best to get your orders out within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. After your order is dispatched, the estimated shipping time is typically between 10 to 30 working days under normal circumstances. 

Once the package leaves our door, we cannot control the way that postal services control your package. If you have a note written on your order, we will do our best to write it on the box, but as we don't personally deliver the package, we cannot control if this message is read.

So do you be aware of this because we do not take responsibility for what the Postman reads or doesn't read.

Possible Delays

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas), or other events beyond our control may cause additional delays in shipping. Extended delivery times during such periods are subject to the logistics company's schedule. We kindly ask for your patience during these times. Rest assured, we are doing our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Delivery Guarantee

Our delivery guarantee ensures that your order will be delivered within 65 working days. If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the non-delivery of your package is due to customer-related issues such as: Refusal to clear customs, Refusal to accept the package upon delivery, Failure to provide accurate shipping address and contact information. 

The Shipping Fee

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer free shipping over $100 spent. We reserve the right to refund you or share with you the shipping cost involved with sending this product to you.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking Numbers

Items coming from China will come with a tracking number that is automatically sent to you. Items coming from our warehouse. Do Not come with an automatic tracking number, but you are more than welcome to ask, and we will give it to you once the goods are packaged and sent. This won't happen at the exact moment you order the stock because the goods haven't been packaged at that time.

No Shipping Method Available When Checkout?

Wrong Address

It happens at times; maybe you put down the wrong address, or maybe the postman sent it to a neighbor who doesn't give it to you. This is frustrating, especially when you have a shitty neighbor. Also, other scumbags may steal the package from your porch.

We provide a tracking number (if you desire). You can follow this tracking number to see where your package is going. If the package says it is delivered, there is nothing more we can do about it. Remember, our responsibility ends once the package leaves our hands and enters the hands of the postage services.

If you give us the wrong address and the package is returned to us, we are happy to resend this package to you; however, you will need to repay for the postage. If the package goes missing completely and the tracking indicates it was delivered, you will need to repurchase your goods once again.

Package Lost

If the package takes over 3 months in transit (4 months in Brazil, Mexico & Chile) and still doesn't arrive or is lost, we can offer a full refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

StickyMaker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
